Notes:
a) The expiry date for individual membership (Fellow, Associate, Ordinary and Affiliate
(is 12 months after the date of registration/renewal.
b) A re-admission fee is chargeable to new membership application and expired membership
for more than 2 months.
c) All payments must be made by Money Order / Postal Order / Bank Draft / Telegraphic Transfer
to The Malaysian Insurance Institute.
d) The expiry date for MII Institutional Membership is on 31 December of each year.
