AMII Level 1 & Level 2

The AMII Level 1 & AMII Level 2 designed to prepare individual for the technical knowledge and practical skills at an operational level, as well as those who are looking to build a career with a future technical, supervisory role and managerial role.

Upon successful completion of the required modules candidate will be awarded The Associateship of The Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII)

Minimum Entry Requirement

  1. Passed STPM/A-Level or higher qualification which is recognized by the Malaysian Government or recognised Professional Bodies; OR
  2. Passed Certificate of the Malaysian Insurance Institute (CMII) from Malaysian Insurance Institute; OR
  3. Passed Certificate in Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom. Note:
    1. Students with a recognised qualification in the relevant field will be given credit exemptions based on past results and portfolio review (where applicable).
    2. Any other qualifications will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
    3. MII’s Academic Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Accreditation of Prior Learning
Credits or subject exemption may be awarded for prior learning by submitting the exemption form with the necessary supporting documents.

Completion Requirement

  1. Student is required to complete AMII Level 1 (18 credits / 6 subjects) before enrol to Level 2
  2. Student must meet the completion eligibility criteria marketplace at the time of completion of the AMII
  3. A total of 50 credits are required to complete AMII L1 & L2
