resourceful and self-motivated individuals to fill the following
positions:-
Internal
Audit Manager
Responsibilities:-
-
Reporting to the Audit
Committee on any matters assigned operationally and administratively
-
Preparation of annual
audit plan, budget and timetable
-
Evaluation of adequacy
and effectiveness of internal controls of all activities of the
Company in accordance with regulations and management policies
-
Follow-ups on audit
findings and the implementation of improved practices arising from
audit exercises
-
Implementation,
maintenance and monitoring good audit practices, principles,
procedures and standards in accordance with local authorities and
professional standards
-
To ensure compliance
with regulatory bodies, insurance bodies and industry
Requirements:-
-
Recognized
Accounting Degree or related Professional qualification
-
At
least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in
insurance industry
-
Familiar
with MS Office applications with strong analytical and report writing
skills
-
Good
working attitude with ability to work under pressure
-
Proficient
in English and Bahasa Melayu (both spoken and written)
-
Good
interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Preference
will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
Finance
Manager
Responsibilities:-
-
Responsible for all
operational and administrative matters pertaining to Finance
Department inclusive payroll matters
-
Ensure maintenance of
effective internal controls
-
Ensure full compliance
with relevant statutory bodies
-
Assist in resolving
accounting and financial problems and/or issues
-
Ensure complete and
up-to-date operating procedures for all accounting and financial
controls
-
Assist in preparation of
annual budgets and cash flow projections
-
Ensure proper
preparation of statutory returns, monthly management accounts and
annual financial audit
-
Review all receipts and
disbursements and ensure they are properly monitored and controlled
-
Assist in preparing
ad-hoc or special cost studies and analysis as required
Requirements:-
-
Degree
or professional qualification in Accounting
-
At
least 6 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in
insurance industry
-
Good
computer skill with experience in operating Sun System Accounting
Software
-
Possess
strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge
-
Good
working attitude with ability to work under pressure
-
Proficient
in English and Bahasa Melayu (both spoken and written)
-
Good
interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Preference
will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
