INSTRUCTIONS ON  CERTIFICATE COLLECTION

We would like to commend you for taking a step towards professionalism in your insurance career by sitting the MII agents examination.
Congratulations! Your certificate will be ready one (1) month from the date of issue of this result notification. Please collect your certificate as follows :-
1. Examination Candidates through member companies of PIAM or LIAM - Please call at the head office of the insurance company through which you had registered for the examination (or its branch office for centres outside Kuala Lumpur ) in person with your identity card and the result notification during office hours not later than two(2) calendar months from the date of issue of the result notification to collect your certificate.
2. Examination Candidates registered individually through MII :-
i) The certificate must be collected personally with your identity card and result notification during office hours, not later than two (2) calendar months from the date of issue of this result notification to collect your certificate.
(A nominal charge will be levied after this expiry date to cover administrative expenses)
ii)

If you are unable to collect it personally, you may :
- authorize someone in writing to collect it on your behalf by bringing along the original copy of your result notification and authorisation letter
or
- write in to the below address stating your name, IC No. and Candidate Examination Number (CEN) together with Money Order/Postal Order amounting RM 5.00 (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM10.00 (Sabah /Sarawak) to be made payable to The Malaysian Insurance Institute. This is for the Posdaftar Label and administrative charges for sending the certificate by A/R registered mail.
